Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a recipe I
have made a few times but always seems to be a hit. It is really easy and quick to make.

Ingredients:
2 - 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup buffalo sauce of your choice
10 ounces of cooked chicken, you can add more it doesn't hurt to have too much chicken with this
Shredded cheese of your choice and amount of your choice, with cheese I am in the mindset that you can never have too much!
Corn and/or tortilla chips

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, ranch, and buffalo sauce together
Fold in cooked chicken and shredded cheese
Put in croc pot set on warm then serve once it gets warm. I like to keep this one warm, it just doesn't taste as good when it gets cooled down.

Don't Ask Punch

This is a trash can punch I will make from time to time when the party calls for it. I found this recipe somewhere but I don't remember the name of it so I gave it my own name. The way I came up with the name is that people always ask whats in it and after describing it they have a funny look on their face. So that is how the name Don't Ask Punch came around. This drink is a 2 to 1 mixture of juice to liquor so it will put you down fast!

Ingredients:
8 oz Hawaiian Punch
2 oz Malibu Rum
1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Silver Tequila

Mix all the ingredients together and serve over ice. I like to make one gallon at a time and serve it in old mason or salsa jars to make it more of some real strong stuff.

Avocado Jalapeno Cilantro Ranch

This is something I will make from time to time for parties. It's a blend of homemade ranch dressing, an avocado, jalapenos, and cilantro.

I make this in my blender just to be sure everything gets mixed really well.

Follow the instructions on the package and make the ranch first.

Then add the cut up avocado, sliced jalapenos and cilantro. You may have to add a little more milk so it's not so thick. It all depends what your application is going to be, salad make it a little runny, for a dip keep it thick. Remember to add just a small amount at a time because once it's runny you can't come back from that.

It being ranch on crack this is good on everything!
